66qq Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 66qq ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 66qq platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 66qq, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and customer support services. These Terms should be read together with the 66qq Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the 66qq platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 66qq strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from 66qq or had an account closed due to breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as a representative, employee, or contractor of 66qq or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

66qq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each player may hold only one active account on the 66qq platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following account rules apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify 66qq customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• 66qq reserves the right to verify account information at any stage and to request supporting KYC documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times. Changes should be communicated to support promptly.

66qq operates a zero-tolerance policy toward the creation of multiple accounts. Where a player is found to have opened more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all accounts will be suspended, balances will be held pending investigation, and any bonuses received across those accounts will be voided.

66qq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned net of any applicable processing fees.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits are credited to the account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions via bKash and Nagad.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 66qq reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal request pending account verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable regulations.
• Deposits made in error or by a party other than the registered account holder must be reported to support immediately. 66qq will not be responsible for funds deposited to an incorrect account where the error originates with the player or payment provider.

66qq does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. However, a player's own mobile financial service provider may apply independent transaction fees. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider prior to initiating a transaction.

All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered by 66qq. Players using international card options such as Visa or Mastercard should be aware that their card issuer may independently apply foreign transaction charges outside 66qq's control.

66qq offers promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player per promotional period unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• 66qq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering already in progress by an eligible player at the time of the change will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account will be subject to suspension and investigation.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to new players making their first deposit. A player who has previously held an account with 66qq — including accounts that were closed, self-excluded, or suspended — is not eligible for new player promotions unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the 66qq support team.

66qq is committed to providing a safe environment for online gaming. As a condition of using the platform, all players agree to engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools and to comply with the following obligations:

• Players must only gamble with funds they can afford to lose. Gambling should be treated solely as entertainment, not as a financial strategy or a method of recovering previous losses.
• Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off features available in account settings. These tools are provided to support healthy gaming habits.
• Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are urged to contact 66qq support to request a self-exclusion or a temporary account restriction. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will not be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• 66qq will not contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during the self-exclusion period. Re-activation of a self-excluded account requires a formal request with a mandatory cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66qq platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without 66qq's explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or extract data from the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal game conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. 66qq complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

66qq's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 66qq will take whatever remedial action is appropriate, including account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

All content on the 66qq platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of 66qq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 66qq platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or otherwise used without the express prior written permission of 66qq or the applicable rights holder.

The 66qq name, brand, and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the 66qq brand, including in domain names, social media handles, or any other commercial context, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66qq's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 66qq shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, data loss, or technical failures caused by factors outside 66qq's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security failures caused by the player sharing their login credentials with others.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 66qq's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 66qq's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

66qq collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. All personal data is handled in accordance with the 66qq Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

66qq does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data sharing is governed by appropriate confidentiality and data protection agreements.

66qq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 66qq will provide advance notice to registered players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. The most current version of the Terms is always the version published at https://66qq.bio/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support. Continued use after notification of material changes will be treated as unambiguous acceptance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 66qq, the player is encouraged to contact the 66qq support team in the first instance to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints process.

66qq aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to a recognised alternative dispute resolution service. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
